Hailing from central Scotland and having spent his youth exploring every corner of the country, Craig has developed a deep love for everything Scottish. He is fascinated by Scotland's varied landscapes, cuisine, coastlines, and is especially adept in its history, spending as much time as he can exploring medieval castles, epic battle fields, and remote abandoned villages. His areas of expertise include the Scottish wars of Independence, the Highland clans, and the Jacobite risings, although anything from Neolithic Standing Stones, Iron Age Brochs, and right up to the global conflicts of the last century all ignite his excitement. Craig is happy to share his culture with travelers, even its myths and legends—and he’s not afraid to tell a ghost story or two passed down from his ancestors!
