DAY 1
Mendoza / Uco Valley

A private transfer whisks you to the Uco Valley, where nearly 70,000 acres of vineyards stretch across the valley floor. Your relaxing home base is Casa de Uco Vineyards and Wine Resort, set at the highest point of Los Chacayes overlooking the Uco Valley. Upon arrival, settle into your guest room and later try your hand at a cocktail class as you savor the sweeping views of the valley. Day 2
Andes Hike and Bike / Asado / Massage

After breakfast, you’ll head out for a hike and bike tour with a private guide. Begin with a hike in Reserva Manzano Historico in the Andes. This pristine wilderness is located in the eastern section of “Cordón del Portillo,” part of the Front Range of the Andes, and is made famous for the section that General San Martín passed through when he returned from the Liberation of South America Campaign. A 7.5-mile descent by bike brings you back to the hotel. Afterward, we’ll enjoy a vineyard tasting with Argentine asado lunch by the vineyard. What better way to unwind after a day’s hike than with a relaxing massage? You’ll have the choice of a 60-minute massage as well as time to use all the spa’s amenities including a cedar wood sauna, aroma steam room, wet sauna, deep soaking hydrotherapy baths, and a fitness center. Day 3
Vineyard Visits / Wine Tasting

The high elevation of 2,800 feet to 5,300 feet, Uco Valley is the perfect growing conditions for a number of wine varietals including malbec, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, chardonnay, pinot noir. Your day is dedicated to sampling some of the wines of this valley, with lunch at a local restaurant.
